Coverage Period
Our warranty covers your regenerated DAF BPV valve for 12 months from the date of installation. The warranty period begins when you install the valve in your vehicle, not from the shipping date.
What's Included
The warranty covers all workmanship, materials, and components used in the regeneration process. If the valve fails due to any manufacturing defect or workmanship issue, we will:
- Regenerate the valve again at no cost
- Cover all shipping costs both ways
- Process your claim within 24 hours
- Provide a replacement valve if needed
What's Not Covered
- Damage from improper installation or handling
- Normal wear and tear beyond 12 months
- Damage from accidents or vehicle collisions
- Modifications made by third parties
- Use in non-DAF vehicles or applications
How to Make a Claim
- 1 Contact us via phone or email with your warranty certificate number
- 2 Describe the issue and provide photos if possible
- 3 Receive prepaid shipping labels within 24 hours
- 4 Send the valve to our facility
- 5 Receive your replacement or regenerated valve within 5-7 days
