Terms of Service

1. Definitions

• "Company," "we," "us," "our" refers to DAF BPV Valve Regeneration Service, registered in Poland.
• "Customer," "you," "your" refers to any person or entity using our services.
• "Service" refers to DAF BPV valve regeneration and related services.
• "Valve" refers to DAF Brake Pressure Valve components sent for regeneration.
• "Regeneration" refers to the process of restoring a valve to functional condition.

2. Service Description

We provide professional regeneration services for DAF BPV (Brake Pressure Valve) components. Our services include:

• Diagnostic assessment and testing of received valves
• Disassembly, cleaning, and inspection of all components
• Replacement of worn parts with OEM-specification components
• Reassembly and calibration to original specifications
• Final testing and quality assurance
• Documentation including test reports

3. Service Options and Pricing

We offer two service tiers:

Prices are exclusive of shipping costs and VAT where applicable. Volume discounts are available for fleet customers. Final pricing will be confirmed in your quote.

4. Order Process

1. Quote Request: Submit a quote request via our website or contact us directly. We will respond within 2 hours.
2. Quote Acceptance: Review and accept the quote provided. Quotes are valid for 30 days.
3. Shipping: For EU destinations, we provide prepaid shipping labels for inbound shipments. For non-EU shipments, you are responsible for shipping costs and customs documentation to our facility.
4. Assessment: Upon receipt, we assess each valve. If a valve cannot be regenerated, we will notify you and return it at our cost.
5. Regeneration: Approved valves are processed according to your selected service tier.
6. Payment: Payment is due upon completion, before return shipping. We accept bank transfer and major credit cards.
7. Return Shipping: We ship the regenerated valve(s) back to you. Return shipping to EU destinations is included in the service price.

5. Customer Obligations

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate contact and shipping information
• Send only genuine DAF BPV valves for regeneration
• Package valves securely to prevent damage during transit
• Notify us of any known issues or damage before shipping
• Use regenerated valves only in appropriate DAF vehicles
• Have valves installed by qualified technicians
• Pay invoices within the agreed payment terms (typically 14 days)

6. Non-Regenerable Valves

Not all valves can be successfully regenerated. Valves may be deemed non-regenerable if they have:

• Severe structural damage to the housing
• Extensive corrosion affecting critical surfaces
• Missing or irreparable core components
• Damage from improper previous repair attempts
• Non-standard modifications

If your valve cannot be regenerated, we will notify you within 48 hours of assessment. No charge applies for non-regenerable valves, and we will return them at our expense.

7. Warranty

All regenerated valves come with a 12 months warranty covering:

• Defects in workmanship
• Material failures in replaced components
• Functional failures under normal operating conditions

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage from improper installation
• Damage from accidents or misuse
• Normal wear and tear beyond the warranty period
• Use in non-DAF vehicles or incompatible applications
• Modifications made by third parties

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the price paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, vehicle downtime, or business interruption.
• We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including shipping delays, customs processing, or force majeure events.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of DAF BPV Valve Regeneration Service or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. DAF is a registered trademark of DAF Trucks N.V. We are an independent service provider and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by DAF Trucks N.V.

10. Cancellation and Refunds

• Before shipping: You may cancel your order at any time before shipping your valve to us at no charge.
• After receipt, before work begins: You may cancel within 48 hours of our receipt confirmation. Your valve will be returned at your expense.
• After work begins: Cancellation is not possible once regeneration work has commenced. You will be liable for the full quoted amount.
• Refunds: If we cannot complete the regeneration for technical reasons, we will refund any payments received and return your valve at our expense.

11. Shipping and Risk

• Inbound shipping: Risk of loss or damage remains with you until we confirm receipt at our facility.
• Outbound shipping: Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon handover to the courier. We use insured shipping services for all returns.
• Customs and duties: For shipments outside the EU, you are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Warsaw, Poland. For consumers within the EU, this does not affect your statutory rights or your right to bring claims in the courts of your country of residence.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically.

14. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
